We understand that you still would like a certificate to commemorate your little Cherub and honour their life. This is known as an early pregnancy loss certificate.

Early Pregnancy Loss Recognition Certificate
If you little one is over 20 weeks gestation you are required to register the death with Births, Deaths and Marriages.
We can assist you with this registration. Speak with your Cherub Funeral Care Consultant to discuss the different funeral options available to you.
Direct Cremation Care
You may prefer not to hold a funeral service. Cherub Funeral Care transfer your baby into our care, organise the documentation required for cremation, provide a soft covered cherub basket for your little one, lovingly made by volunteers, dress your precious angel in the clothing you provide or items provided by angel gowns and lovingly sewn and knitted by volunteers and organise cremation. You will receive an urn with you baby’s ashes.
Cherub Funeral Care are able to offer this service to you and your family at no charge. Swanborough Funerals do not charge fees, the coffin and clothing is provided by volunteers and Brisbane City Council Crematoriums provide the cremation and urn at no charge.
You are welcome to come into our funeral home at Coopers Plains to spend precious time with your little one at any point during our care.
Burial Service
Please contact one of our Cherub Funeral Care Consultants who will best advise on the different Cemetery Options available and personalise the funeral service of your little one. Swanborough Funerals do not charge service fees. There are however other costs involved. The role of your Funeral Care Consultant is to provide a precious funeral for your little one, explaining the different products and services available to best honour your little Cherub.
